Alert: Important Notice

The flu vaccine helps protect against flu, which can be a serious or life-threatening illness.

Our clinics start from October and we have started to contact those who are eligible for their flu vaccine.

You will be offered a COVID vaccine during your flu vaccine appointment if you are severely immunosuppressed or over 75 years old. If you prefer to have your covid vaccine appointment separately, this can be arrange for another day.

We will be visiting our housebound patients on the following days and our reception team have started to contact those who are eligible:

Tuesday 21st October

If you can’t get an appointment with your GP or can’t get there during the day due to work or other commitments you can use the Enhanced Access Service.

Sunderland offers extra appointments seven days a week at your local out of hours site, alternatively it may be possible to arrange an appointment at another site across the city which your practice will arrange.
