Test Results and Hospital Letters
While we try to contact patients if any investigations they have had require further action, we cannot guarantee that this will always be failsafe. We must therefore ask for you to contact the surgery to ensure no further action is needed after such tests or investigations have been carried out.
It is the responsibility of the patient to arrange follow-up appointments. If you have had a test carried out at the hospital, you will need to get your results from them unless you have been advised otherwise.
