Patient Access
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered in person by dropping the repeat slip marked with the items required into the post box on the wall in the corridor, they can be ordered online if you have requested you access document from reception, they can be ordered on the dedicated prescription line which is open 11am-3pm every day, or you can post the request in with the repeat slip marked as to which items are required.
You CANNOT request a pharmacy to order your medication for you, though they can collect the prescription on your behalf.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
Please allow 48 hours for repeat prescriptions to be ready. It is you responsibility to ensure you have sufficient supply of medication, but the reception team cannot arrange for issue of medication too early. Please request your items when you have a week’s supply left.
