The practice covers the following areas:

  • Town End Farm Estate
  • Hylton Castle
  • Castletown
  • Hylton Red House Estate
  • Witherwack
  • Carely Hill
  • Southwick
  • Fulwell
  • Roker
  • Monkwearmouth
  • Seaburn
  • Whitburn
  • the southern parts of Cleadon and East/West Bolden

If you move outside these areas, it will probably be necessary to change to another practice, but if in doubt please discuss with our reception team.
