Online e-consultations

To improve access to the surgery our e-consult service is available Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. The practice will respond with an acknowledgement within 48 hours.

The team will review and respond to your information and contact you through the following channels: an electronic response for example a text message or email, a telephone call, or a face-to-face appointment if they feel this is necessary.
