The COVID Vaccine and Your Experience

COVID-19 vaccine centres across Sunderland are now up and running and Healthwatch Sunderland would like to hear from anyone who has had their appointment for their vaccine, to let them know how it went. They would like to know about the whole experience, from booking your appointment to receiving your vaccine and whether your experience was good or bad. 

This feedback will help Healthwatch inform providers what is working well and what, if anything, could be improved.
