We are proud to announce we are now a parkrun practice! We have linked with Fulwell Quarry Parkrun  https://www.facebook.com/fulwellquarryparkrun/. Parkrun is a free 5km run or walk that takes place every Saturday at over 1000 locations across the UK.

Please join us to walk, run, jog, volunteer or spectate at our first takeover event on 9am on Saturday 16th November.
